Join our business development team and help us explore new avenues for growth as we expand from the public adjusting market into the entire property intelligence landscape. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of PropTech while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup.

What You'll Do

  • •Research and identify new business opportunities in property intelligence markets
  • •Analyze competitive landscape and market trends in real estate, insurance, and construction
  • •Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new verticals
  • •Collaborate with product and marketing teams on market expansion initiatives
  • •Create market analysis reports and business case presentations
  • •Assist in partnership development and strategic relationship building
  • •Support lead generation and business development activities

What We're Looking For

  • •Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • •Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • •Interest in PropTech, InsurTech, or real estate technology
  • •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • •Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • •Located in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL area
